Our Philosophy

We support regional companies and refresh with homemade lemonades and seasoning with local herbs. As far as possible, we avoid buying from large corporations and source the food we use from regional partners.

Our vegetable farmer comes from Ramsau am Dachstein, we buy our seasonal specialties directly from the region and we refine our Mediterranean dishes with local herbs. We support family businesses, small businesses and farmers from the region, because we see it as a necessity to strengthen the uniqueness and diversity of our local region and to appreciate the gifts of our nature.
